Plot: Tom "Turk" Cowan and David "Rooster" Fisk are both NYPD Detectives and Partners for over 30 years. The story involves investigation into the activities of a serial killer within the police department who is murdering many convicts who have been let off the hook by legal loopholes and is justifying his act with poetry.

    My Verdict:

    Green Tea says:
Wasn't it easy to recognize the two familiar veteran faces behind it? They are partners and the best thing is that they thought they know each other. Don't be fool by this story-telling technique that means to make you felt absolutely wrong after so long sitting and waiting what to come next. You thought you are right and sure about everything you see until you realize that there are something not right. This is what we called a cheap trick to elusively and delusively to unprepared you to a big twist.

The act of righteous kill - a kill justify by oneself that some people just deserved to be let rotten in hell rather than let loose. Too bad, the teaming up De Niro and Al Pacino is so loose that you expect them to gel perfectly. You will also find out that the two other cops in the same investigation are nothing but a distraction. Nothing so fancy about this movie but it worths a try!! What you see is not necessary is what you believe it is!!
