The Hollywood Reporter has picked up a story about Pirates Of The Caribbean: On Stranger Tides. Now, Rob Marshall and the gang are heading to Hawaii. The shooting for the film will start this summer on Oahu and Kauai islands, aiming for a summer 2011 release date.
It was reported also that the crew may spent up to $85 million for the shooting in Hawaii - that figure still has post-production and paychecks to bank-in.
"We've always sought out the most extraordinary and exotic locations... (and) Hawaii provides an amazing range of both land and seascapes." - Contactmusic quoted Jerry Bruckheimer
The plot for the fourth outing for Capt. Jack Sparrow will partially be based on Tim Powers' similarly titled novel, and should see Johnny Depp's Jack Sparrow and Geoffrey Rush's Barbossa searching for a mystical fountain of youth.
