Kevin Smith's Cop Out will play out this week and Antoine Fuqua's Brooklyn's Finest will follow on next Friday. Those are the scenario regarding cops movie - whether it is a silly buddy cop partnership or even a serious buddy cop partnership. What ever it is, expect another one as well in the form of Jamie Foxx and Ashton Kutcher.

Streets On Fire, a Black List (scripts that Hollywood loved but did not get produced) in 2009, written by Justin Britt-Gibson is another one of those that will features a by-the-book Chicago cop (Foxx) who struggles to keep his anger issues under control when he teams up with a cocky, arrogant partner (Kutcher) and they instantly hate each other. But then they’re forced to work together to take down a gang of killers who turn out to be corrupt fellow walkers of the Thin Blue Line.

Ashton Kutcher is producing the film via his own company but there is no director attached yet. So, anyone up for another cop buddy comedy? Well, in fact this will be another anticipated partnership between Ashton Kutcher and Jamie Foxx.
