MOLINA JOINS LAUTNER IN ABDUCTION

Alfred Molina was snubbed from the Oscar for his pivotal role of an overprotective father in An Education, but that does not stop him for getting onvolved in yet another role that deals with children. Together with the current hot property Taylor Lautner, they will appear in the upcoming thriller Abduction.



Deadline reports that he will play a CIA agent who helps a young man who discovers that he was kidnapped as a child and sets out to search for his real parents. Apparently he is living with his kidnapper where chaos and danger pursuits.


The Lionsgate thriller production will have John Singleton sets to direct the film from a script by Shawn Christensen. Shooting commences this July.
