Michael Cera's late summer comic book adaptation, Scott Pilgrim vs The World has a brand new trailer - the theatrical trailer, is now online everywhere. The Edgar Wright's produced, written and directed film is based on the comic book series Scott Pilgrim by Bryan Lee O'Malley. It tells the story of Scott Pilgrim (Michael Cera), bass guitarist for the garage band Sex Bob-omb, has just met the girl of his dreams. However, he must defeat Ramona Flowers' (Mary Elizabeth Winstead) seven evil exes, who are coming to kill him.
With August 13 release date is drawing near, this trailer made its debut on the Facebook page today. The new trailer gives out more details about Scott and his gay room-mates Wallace Wells (played by Kieran Culkin). No, don't worry Scott Pilgrim is not gay - just that I can sense the perfect octagonal best buddies with Wallace, in an attempt to try to win Ramona's heart. When you are in love, things get a little crazy. What's more, action sequences with lots of comic-feel "ka-boom" cardboards around.
Enjoy the trailer while you blasts on the evil exes. Malaysians will have to wait till November 4 for this.
