Theproject set under DreamWorks and Universal Pictures is co-written by the dynamic trio of Alex Kurtzman, Roberto Orci, and Damon Lindelof. Cowboys and Aliens will fight this July 29, 2011.
On another front, Shawn Levy's Real Steel that takes another adapting effort from Richard Matheson's short story (Matheson wrote I Am Legend) has an addition female cast, in the form of Hope Davis. The film revolves around a down-and-out boxer (Hugh Jackman) who teams up with his estranged son (child actor Dakota Goyo) to train the perfect contender for the high-tech sport of robot boxing. With the production underway, we hope to see the robots boxing each other on November 18, 2011.
