Strange title but it spells specifically in rhyme for a badass action thriller. Produced by Summit Entertantment, ahead of its early April release in the United States, comes a trailer that will evict you up to the seat. The trailer is right after the jump. Damn that it looks more like a cheap stunt that will rips 'Abduction' into pieces but hell I am also hoping that it would be watchable - quite a dilemma there.
'The Cold Light of Day' stars 'Immortals' and 'Man of Steel' star, Henry Cavill playing the role of Will Shaw, a young American who will about to get himself suck deep in the troubling mess. He will uncovers a conspiracy during his attempt to save his family, who were kidnapped while on vacation in Spain. Also starring, long time kick-ass veteran Bruce Willis as his father, Martin and Sigourney Weaver as a mysterious agent in hunt of Martin. Will is left with only hours to find the connection between their disappearance and his father's secrets.
The action thriller is scripted by newcomers Scott Wiper and John Petro and directed by Mabrouk El Mechri. The film stars Henry Cavill, Bruce Willis and Sigourney Weaver; which may have taken the same formula from the recently released 'Man on the Ledge'.
'The Cold Light of Day' arrives in theaters on April 5 in Malaysia (tentatively) and April 6 in the United States.
