Astro Boy, an animation from Summit Entertainment will be released at 23 October this year in the State-side. It is of course based upon a huge success and popular Japanese manga by Osamu Tezuku since 1953, the film adaptation will features the voice cast that includes Freddie Highmore, Nicholas Cage, Bill Nighy, Kristen Bell, Nathan Lane, Eugene Levy, Charlize Theron, Samuel Jackson and Matt Lucas. Paul Bettany, Dennis Quaid and Tyrese Gibson starring in the Sony Screen Gem's Legion has finally debuted on a much waited and extended red band version. Legion, a Christian-themed fantasy-thriller film is directed by Scott Stewart.
The plot is set during the time when God has loses his faith on humanity, but the archangel Michael (Paul Bettany) is the only one standing between mankind and the apocalypse. He leads a group of strangers who must protect a woman who is pregnant with Christ in his second coming.
Legion is scheduled for January 22 release while in Malaysia, we may not be able to see this film on cinemas due to its content nature. Here is the red band trailer but I have to warn you for its mature adult content in the first place.
