You may not know who Stanley Ann Dunham is. She is in fact the most famous loving mother of the most powerful man on Earth and yes you bet it right – President Barack Obama. While President Barack Obama is busy running the nation under pressure due to economical uncertainty, many following the announcement that a drama biopic about his mother would appear a few minutes in the film.
Stanley Ann Dunham: A Most Generous Spirit – a planned film based on the Hawaiian woman who raised the President and, according to executive producer Mary Aloe, “gave a lot of the backbone to the current President and his compassion to the people”.
Charles Burnett will take on the director job and shooting will commenced soon as early as next year in places where President Obama have used to grow up with – Hawaii and Indonesia. Are you hoping to see him in a film? Why not?
