Martin Scorsese's latest horror-thriller that sets in an island of which a mental institute is situated - Shutter Island. This is really psychological challenging, based on the 2003's Dennis Lehane novel of the same title.
The story takes place in 1954 on Shutter Island, home to a psychiatric hospital called Ashecliffe. U.S. Deputy Marshals Teddy Daniels (Leonardo DiCaprio) and Chuck Aule (Mark Ruffalo) investigate the disappearance of a patient, Rachel Solando (Emily Mortimer), who had committed multiple murders. The deputy marshals search the island for the patient as a hurricane bears down on them, and they find that the hospital has practiced sinister measures during its existence.
The Paramount movie which previously been moved back from October to next February is something I must highly recommend. Get ready for the mental horror from an asylum.
