Noah Ringer, a relatively unknown actor, but whom you will be able to catch him in the upcoming M Night Shyamalan's The Last Airbender, is expanding his resume in the Hollywood after what appear to have been casted for Cowboys and Aliens. The Western/sci-fi hybrid based on the comic book of the same title will be directed by Jon Favreau has already boasted with some big names - Daniel Craig, Olivia Wilde and Harrison Ford.
I am not sure what role Ringer will be slinging in but it should be an interesting movie nevertheless. If you have not already known, Cowboys and Aliens talks about a group of cowboys and Apache Indians teaming up to fight against the invasion of the extra-terrestrial species which make their landing somewhere in the Wild West in 1800s and aiming to enslave humanity.
Currently, the movie is slated for an opening on July 29, 2011. Script was written by Alex Kurtzman, Roberto Orci and Damon Lindelof.
