Last year's Paranormal Activity became a hit although my review on it has not been so glowing. Nevertheless, the originality and the excellent acting skills did in fact gave the movie a huge chest of gold coins. This summer will definitely end with a bloody one - thanks to Lionsgate's The Last Exorcism.

While the film has been in shade for quite a while, the first trailer has been released and the best thing I get after watching it was goose-bumps and satire because it was not over the top. It is a pure horror and the Eli Roth's production seems to generating a real deal on exorcism.

    Watch the trailer below:

The Last Exorcism, opens August 27 this year, is a documentary horror told from a Protestant priest, who turns his back on his religion and practices as part of a documentary the last exorcism. He who believes in God, must also accept the existence of the devil.

The movie has premiered at Sundance Film Festival earlier this year and the rights was later picked up by Lionsgate. The movie stars Patrick Fabian, Iris Bahr and Louis Herthum.
