Thanks to Screen Rant, we can now enjoy the action-packed three minutes from Sony Screen Gems' upcoming sequel to the popular game franchise Resident Evil. Shot in 3D a-la the style of technology invented by James Cameron himself, Resident Evil Afterlife picked up where we were left in the third movie. While I have to say I never enjoy the second and third installment of the movie, this could be slightly different. Paul WS Anderson returns to direct this movie, after directing the first installment back in the early of the last decade; and Milla Jovovich will reprise her role of Alice.
Anyway, here are the three clips for you to enjoy.
The first one, we see Alice and Claire attempted to land their plane atop of a building where the survivors of LA are hanging on.
The second clip shows Alice frantically jump off the building after been chased by a horde of zombies. Then she landed safely and continues to shoot zombies. Isn;t shooting zombies fun?
The third clip is somehow familiar. You notice that two Alices crashed the windows ala The Matrix style. Yes, you got the continuation here.
Well, I still find the action and effects still look dodgy after all. Anyway, interested to see how Alice kick more zombie's ass. Catch Resident Evil: Afterlife arrival in regular, 3D, and IMAX 3D theaters in the U.S. on September 10th, 2010 while in Malaysia, it will be a day earlier.
