Latino Review picked up an early Christmas news from Marvel Studios, announcing yesterday that The avengers will be filmed in New Mexico and said that it will be the largest film production to date for the studio. In a press release statement, Marvel mentioned that the production will also featured some of the latest and most advanced technology in film-making ever in the history. This is well enhanced by the announcement made by New Mexico's governor, Gov. Bill Richardson.
In addition to being our biggest production to date, ‘The Avengers’ will be the most technologically advanced and will provide cutting-edge training opportunities for our crew. I’m announcing this as a Christmas present of sorts to the people of New Mexico. This is a perfect example of the incredible job creation, economic impact and global visibility this industry has brought our state over the past eight years, and of the need to keep it moving forward.
Governor Bill Richardson,
New Mexico.
As announced at this year's Comic-Con, The Avengers will have a line up of actors that include Robert Downey Jr., Chris Evans, Chris Hemsworth, Mark Ruffalo, Jeremy Renner, Scarlett Johansson, Clark Gregg and Samuel L. Jackson. The road map to The Avengers are pretty much fueled by Easter Eggs ending of Iron Man 2, while we also expecting Thor and Captain America, which both will be released this summer will feed more information and story towards the mega movie.
The Avengers is directed by Joss Whedon and expected to arrive in cinemas on May 4, 2012 on 3D form.
