The filming of the Christopher Nolan's closing chapter of The Dark Knight Rises has just began in India in the city of Jodhpur. It was only two days of shooting yet, Coming Soon featured two photos scooped up by the locals. These images are the first look on the set. One of the two is featured below.
Now that picture shows the entire layout of the shooting set but one thing will surely catch your eyes. The green object is believed to be the structure known as the 'magical pool'. A check on the Batman comics will tell you that there is such thing in the Batman universe known as Lazarus Pit. Lazarus Pit is the place where Ra's al Ghul bathed for their restorative powers.
According to the Official 'The Dark Knight Rises' community Facebook page, someone spotted Josh Pence around. So what does that tell you when I said Josh Pence is casted for the role of the young Ra's al Ghul?
The film is scheduled for release next summer on July 20, 2012.
