Coming hot on pace after his Best Picture nomination and screenplay for the 2009's Inglourious Basterds, Tarantino is now gearing up for the next project entitled Django Unchained. The movie is a revenge-driven "Southern" movie about an American slave who teams up with a German bounty hunter to save his wife from an evil plantation owner. Now get ready for the big part?
Yes, of course, as the title of this article has clearly pointed out that Academy Award winner Jamie Foxx appears to have won the title role in Django Unchained, playing the American slave. The role has been heavily speculated over the past several weeks and even the names like Will Smith and Idris Elba were mentioned around the net. Ultimately, the star of films like Ray, Dreamgirls, Collateral and Miami Vice has won it.
Now the other castings also look very interesting indeed. Mention the world German bounty hunter, you got Academy Award winner Christoph Waltz in it.
