Okay, here's the only thing I want to say:
I try very hard to enjoy this movie but all I got is a laughable movie. It's boring, uniquely disturbing and outlandish at all area. The plot is not as enjoyable as the first one and certainly becomes darker. Been darker is a good choice on superior for this movie but non of this special element makes this second outing of Johnny Blaze anything worthwhile to watch. Bad scripts are all over the place. There is a slight tendency to make this much like the other Nevelidine/Taylor movie called 'Crank 2: High Voltage' - but that, at least, has a better story plot to follow. This, unfortunately, a little more plain junk. But then, the only good thing about this movie is that it is more 'kick-ass' than the first one. Some point to save this movie. Otherwise, you can just skip it.
