R.I.P. TONY SCOTT

Shocking! One of the world's famous action directors, Tony Scott fatally jumped off the Vincent Thomas Bridge in San Pedro on Sunday afternoon, according to Los Angeles police sources, LA Times and E! Online. He was 68 and is the brother of another legendary science fiction and epic director Ridley Scott. Tony is perhaps, more famously known as the director of Top Gun, Days of Thunders, True Romance and Unstoppable. More news after the jump.
There aren't much about Scott's dead as murky details are just beginning to settle. According to witnesses, Tony Scott climbed a fence on the south side of the bridge and leapt off "without hesitation" around 12:30 this afternoon (U.S. Time). While it was reported that the investigators has found a piece of note suggesting as a "suicidal note" in his car, which was parked on the bridge, it appears that the note found in his car listed contact information. Nevertheless, the investigators later found a suicide note at his office.

It is now also unknown what drives Tony into suicide but he is known to have plenty of projects on his slate at the moment. His tactile vision and crafts behind the camera is indeed wizardry, known for some high energetic actions.

Scott was married to actress Donna Scott. They have twin sons. My deepest condolences go out to Scott’s families and friends.
