xXx3 IS ON THE WAY

With Ericson Core been attached to the sequel, it is official that the xXx seires will continue with its third installment – xXx: The Return of Xander Cage. The movie will definitely be starring Mr Muscle-Man, Vin Diesel. With Vin Diesel’s return, the project becomes something GreenTeaMovie hopes will wiped off the painful memory of the second movie.

Vin Diesel’s character was ripped off from xXx: State of Union few years back – the second installment in which the main character was replaced with Ice Cube. The outcomes of that include a disastrous box office performance, bad reviews and complaints about having a fatty-masculine for the xXx agent.

Core previously worked with Diesel when he was cinematographer on The Fast & The Furious, and turned to directing a few years back with Mark Wahlberg / NFL drama Invincible. He steps in to fill Rob Cohen's shoes after the latter abandoned the franchise he created (again) to go and direct Medieval.
