ERIC BANA JOINS HANNA?

The name of Saoirse Ronan should be fresh for those who had watched The Lovely Bone but did not enjoyed it. Again, she will be featured in an upcoming Joe Wright's story of teenage assassin, Hanna. While the two have previously worked together in Atonement, they have already locked down the deal.

Ronan will play Hanna, a 14-year-old Eastern European girl, saved from a CIA breeding camp and then trained by her father to be a lethal killing machine. After finding peace with a French family, the girl is dragged back to her father’s world, and she must fight her way to a free life.

The latest news has that Eric Bana has been reported by Heat Vision Blog to play as Hanna's father. It will see Bana's return to action-oriented movie following his two non-actions; Funny People and The Time Traveler's Wife last year.

Leslie Holleran, Marty Adelstein and Scott Nemes are producing. Seth Lochhead and David Farr worked on the script.
