This is one of DreamWorks' high profile release for this end of the year where all your recognizable childhood icons will band together in one unit to fight against the nemesis in order to save the world. The first trailer for "Rise of the Guardian" has now landed online for which you can watch right after the break.
DreamWorks decides to take things a little spin-out with this band of iconic 'superheroes'. According to ScreenRant brief synopsis; "Santa Claus, The Easter Bunny, the Tooth Fairy, Sandman and Jack Frost. That new take involves these “guardians” of childhood dreams banding together to stop an evil spirit called “Pitch” from taking over the world".
The trailer looks epic and visually stunning nevertheless, despite the corniness it holds. In addition to that, the film boosts a highly octane voice casts in the form of Chris Pine (Star Trek) as Jack Frost, Hugh Jackman (Wolverine) as Bunnymund, Isla Fisher (Wedding Crashers) as Tooth, Jude Law as the villain, Pitch, and Alec Baldwin as the voice of Santa.
Rise of the Guardians will be in 3D theaters on November 21, 2012 in the United States and arriving a day later in Malaysia.
